Storing Your Pots and Pans

Pots and pans are some of the most needed equipment in the kitchen, but they can be a hassle to store. They can take up a lot of space, and can be heavy to move around a lot. A ceiling rack can be hung over your stove, or in an area that is off to the side and out of the way. This opens up more cabinet space for other important storage items in your kitchen.

Wall Rack

Like a ceiling rack, a wall rack allows you to hang up your pots and pans, saving valuable kitchen space. But if you don’t have a lot of room to maneuver, a ceiling rack may get in your way often. A rack that mounts to the wall may be a better option for you. They come in different styles and colors to match the decor of your kitchen, and require some pretty serious hanging hardware to support all the weight of your pots. Cabinet Rack

A cabinet that is dedicated to storing your pots and pans can get messy very easily. Pots and pans can be heavy to pull in and out every time you need a new pan. Having a rack eliminates this frustration each and every time you try to cook, saving you time and effort. Racks can be like extra shelves in your cabinet, or they can roll in and out of your cabinet, suspending pots and pans from the top of the cabinet. There are several different models available.

Lid Rack

A lid rack can be installed right on the inside of your cabinet that you are planning to use. No more will you have to dig through in order to find what you are looking for. The pot lids will be organized by size and will be available right at your fingertips.

Pan Drawer

Some stoves come with storage built right in. The bottom drawer on a stove can store things like pots and pans and lids. If you don’t have a drawer in your stove, you can always dedicate a drawer near your stove to your pot and pan collection. A drawer is best for smaller pots and pans because it can have space limitations. Drawers only allow you to stack up your pots and pans to a certain height, keeping restrictions on how many you can put in the drawer. Sometimes a drawer is a good option for smaller pans, leaving the larger pots to be stored elsewhere.
